Board Members

President - Raven Mirabeau was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA and is a 24-year veteran of the United States Air Force. He has been a Rotarian for four years and is a Charter Member of The Rotary Club of San Antonio Pearl. He is married to his wife Karen of 30 years and is an avid member of multiple volunteer organizations around the San Antonio area.

President-Elect - Rudolph “Rudy” Rubio III is a San Antonio native and currently a Registered Representative with New York Life. He attended Central Catholic High School, received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and also earned his Associate’s degree in Music Business from San Antonio College and received Distinguished Graduate Honors. Rudy helped launch the Pearl Rotary club as Club Director, currently serves as President Elect and will serve as club President beginning July 2025. For District 5840, he also serves on the Learning Team.

President-Nominee - Andrea Jacobson

Executive Club Director - Morgan Bertram was born and raised in a small town in Kansas and is a graduate of the University of Kansas and Fort Hays State University. She is a licensed Realtor with JPAR Real Estate and has been a member of Rotary for 6 years. She is a Charter Member of The Rotary Club of San Antonio Pearl where has served as Membership Chair, Club President and is currently the Executive Director. She also serves on the Board of the Blood and Tissue Center Foundation as the Secretary and is the Leader of the University of Kansas Alumni Network here in San Antonio.

Secretary - Karen Allen-Mirabeau is a Charter member of our club and has been a Rotarian since Aug 2020. She has served as Guest Speaker Coordinator, Club Treasurer, Club Secretary, and she is a Past President (2023-24). Karen is currently serving as Assistant Governor for Area 15 of District 5840. Recently, she became a Lone Star Division RLI Facilitator. For 24 years, Karen has traveled the world with and in support of her husband and fellow Rotarian Raven Mirabeau during his career with the USAF. Upon returning from Germany in 2019, Karen semi-retired and found her niche as a Mobile Notary in the San Antonio area. She is a member of several organizations and volunteers locally and abroad. Her hobbies include cooking, shopping, reading, traveling, planning groups, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and Chihuahua.

Treasurer - Frankie Martinez attended UTSA where he obtained his BBA with a focus in Accounting and Management. He is a CPA and has worked in public accounting for ~12 years. Cooking out with friends and watching sporting events are a few of his favorite things to do. He recently started taking the game of golf more serious. Although, he can’t understand how a ball that doesn’t move can be so hard to hit? His favorite vacation spot is Las Vegas. He grew up playing Baseball and dreamed of replacing Derek Jeter at shortstop for the New York Yankees. His favorite book is Endure by Cameron Hanes. As you know, Frankie grew up playing sports so when he says, “being part of Rotary makes me feel like I’m on a team again” you know it’s coming straight from the heart.
